We hand off each authenticated piece to insured UK couriers so it arrives safely, on time, and fully documented for resale or appraisal.

Dispatch window

Orders ship within two business days after payment clears. Consignment items may need one extra day for a final inspection and authentication seal.

Carriers & coverage

We deliver anywhere in the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL Parcel UK, or DPD Precise. Every parcel requires an in-person signature.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the courier collects your parcel. Live updates are also available through your order confirmation link.

Returns & final sale

All pieces are authenticated consignments or sourced on demand, so every order is final sale under UK bespoke goods guidance. If a parcel arrives damaged or an authenticator disputes the item, email hello@diasgae.com within 48 hours and we will investigate, open a carrier claim, or re-authenticate immediately.
